Eight-Side Seal Bags are a type of composite packaging bags, named after their structural feature with eight sealed edges: four at the bottom and two on each side. With excellent three-dimensional shape and high-end appearance, they are very popular among consumers.

Eight-Side Seal Shaped Bags are developed on the basis of eight-side seal bags, with additional irregular design to make the packaging more product-matched and visually appealing. They are especially widely used in pet food, children's food and other industries.

Plastic Film Roll

Stand-up pouches are a new type of packaging format with obvious advantages in improving product grade, enhancing shelf display effect, portability and convenience in use, freshness preservation and sealing, etc. They are generally composed of multi-layer structures such as PET/foil/PET/PE. Design & Confirmation

Clarify product features, packaging functions, dimensions, bag type, quantity, budget and regulatory requirements. Sign Packaging Specification Confirmation Form to avoid disputes.

Structure Design
Determine material composite structure, thickness, barrier grade and special processes. Provide 1-2 cost-effective composite solutions for client selection.

Graphic Design
Design packaging layout including brand elements, text, barcode and regulatory markings. Provide AI/CDR vector source files that meet printing specifications.

Sample Confirmation
Produce small-batch physical samples for client to confirm material feel, printing effect, dimensions and overall quality. Sign-off confirmation is required before mass production.
Prepress & Plate Making

Prepress Processing
Professional processing of design files: color separation, color proofing, bleed adjustment and plate circumference calculation. Ensure file compatibility with printing process.

Plate Making
Engrave or etch printing plates (gravure) or make flexo plates. Finished plates are core assets of customization with 7-10 days lead time and high cost.
Film Production

Film Printing
Multi-color overprinting on substrate using gravure printing. Strict color matching with samples; monitor register accuracy and impurities during production.

Film Lamination
Combine printed film with functional films via dry or solvent-free lamination. Control glue coating amount, temperature and pressure to ensure peel strength.

Aging
Cure adhesive completely at specified temperature in aging room. Sufficient curing is required to prevent delamination and debonding quality issues.
Bag Making & QC

Bag Making
Cut aged film rolls to size and heat seal to form final bag shape. Control heat seal temperature, pressure and time to ensure secure, flat seals with no leakage.

QC & Finishing
Sampling or full inspection of finished bags for appearance, seal strength and dimensions. Attach Factory Inspection Report; third-party testing available upon request.
Delivery & After-sales
